What is Kichari?

A classic Ayurvedic dish that is simple, delicious, and deeply restorative.
It is valued for being gentle on the digestive system while still providing nourishment.

This spiced porridge is recommended for any time—whether you're feeling your best or slightly run-down—because it supports and nourishes the body as you eat.

You may notice the benefits even by replacing just one meal, though we recommend continuing for three days.

Each kit includes a spice blend, yellow mung beans, rock salt, and a recipe, so as long as you have rice, ginger, and oil at home, you can start right away.

Simply simmer in one pot for about 20 minutes!

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Once opened, use the entire contents. If you must store the product, keep it in an airtight container to prevent insect infestation and moisture absorption, and use it as soon as possible, regardless of the expiration date.
