① Boil 550mL of water in a pot. After boiling, add the noodles and stir gently.
Recommended cooking time is about 3 minutes.

② Once the noodles are cooked to your preferred firmness, turn off the heat.
Add the soup to the pot and stir well.

③ Transfer to a bowl and it's ready to serve. Add green onions, bamboo shoots, sesame seeds, etc. to taste. Adding stir-fried vegetables will make it even more delicious.

Kurata Foods has been dedicated to noodle manufacturing since our establishment in 1987. Initially, we offered a wide range of products including udon, soba, Chinese noodles, and pasta, primarily serving local retail stores.
