Kurata Foods has been dedicated to noodle manufacturing since our establishment in 1987. Initially, we offered a wide range of products including udon, soba, Chinese noodles, and pasta, primarily serving local retail stores.
Around 1997 marked a turning point when we shifted our focus to developing and manufacturing regional ramen varieties, such as our "Hiroshima Noodle Tour" and "Setouchi Noodle Tour" series, which exclusively use ingredients from the local Setouchi region.
This strategic move significantly transformed our product portfolio. Furthermore, we have been actively engaged in product development to meet international market demands. Our
"Meat-Free Ramen" and "Vegan Ramen" products have successfully established distribution channels overseas and have become one of our core strengths.
With these two pillars - locally-rooted product development and global market expansion - we continue to challenge ourselves in creating new "noodle culture."
