Michio Nakai, who began organic farming in 1987 in Wazuka Town, Kyoto Prefecture—a renowned Uji tea production area—studied oolong tea production in Hsinchu, Taiwan. He imported the necessary equipment to craft this authentic oolong tea.

With low fermentation, it has a fragrant, clean, and sweet taste that complements Japanese cuisine.

Delicious Ways to Enjoy
Add one tea bag to 1-1.5 liters of boiling water and turn off the heat. Once the desired color is achieved, transfer to a pot or other container and enjoy. Adjust the amount of hot water to achieve the desired flavor.

When using a teapot: Add one tea bag and pour in boiling water, then pour into teacups, ensuring the tea is evenly distributed.

Store in a place away from high temperatures and humidity. After opening, seal the container carefully to avoid odors.
