Cleansing Milk
A cleansing milk formulated primarily with rice bran oil*1, combined with Japanese white pine seed oil*1 and argan oil*1. It gently lifts away make-up and sebum whilst preserving the skin's natural moisture. It can also be used as a facial cleanser.

A plant-based oil extracted and refined from the seeds of the five-needle pine, a species of pine tree.
It is rich in 'pinolenic acid', a unique unsaturated fatty acid.
It imparts moisture and suppleness to the skin and helps protect it from external stressors.

Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil*
An oil obtained from the kernels of Argania spinosa seeds, harvested only in limited regions of Morocco (commonly known as argan oil)
Rich in essential fatty acids and vitamin E, it helps protect the skin.

Without getting your hands or face wet, dispense an appropriate amount (approximately two pumps) into the palm of your hand. Gently press it into your skin to lift away make-up and impurities, then rinse off with water or lukewarm water.
Please use this product carefully and pay close attention to any abnormalities on your skin. If the product does not suit your skin, or if any of the following conditions occur, discontinue use immediately. Continued use may worsen symptoms. We recommend consulting a dermatologist or other healthcare professional.
If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, depigmentation (such as white spots), darkening, or any other abnormal symptoms occur during use.
If the above symptoms appear after the treated skin has been exposed to direct sunlight.
Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other skin abnormalities.
If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
Patch Test Recommended:
Before use, perform a patch test and confirm that no adverse reactions occur.
Storage and Expiration:
Use within 3 months after opening. Do not use the product after its expiration date.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
