Cancellations

In general, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of completing the order by contacting us via the Contact Page or by contacting us at info@j-beautynatural.com.
Please be aware that, once shipping arrangements have already been made, we are unable to accept your cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

We offer refunds only within 7 days of the product's arrival at your shipping address. After this period, refunds will no longer be offered.

Refunds are issued only in cases where the purchased item is found to be defective upon arrival, or if an incorrect item has been sent. To be eligible for a refund, we kindly request that you provide photographic evidence of the item in question. Once the defect or error has been verified, we will initiate the refund process.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered solely for defective items and are available only to customers residing within Japan, depending on the circumstances.

To initiate an exchange request, please contact us at info@j-beautynatural.com, providing a clear explanation for the exchange. We kindly ask that you include photographic evidence of the item in question. If your exchange request is approved, we will arrange for the exchange to be sent to the specified address.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
