Soak thoroughly in hot water to soften before use.
As this is a natural product, it may occasionally contain impurities such as seashells, seaweed, or stones. Before use, rinse thoroughly with water and squeeze gently by hand. After use, squeeze out excess water thoroughly and air-dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area. Soaking in boiling water may damage the sponge’s structure. Avoid direct contact with infected wounds or affected areas. Also, discontinue use if you experience an allergic reaction, eczema, or any other adverse reaction.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
