The Fragrance of SENN: Creating Space
A fragrance that creates a moment for self-reflection. Crafted exclusively from natural essential oils extracted from flowers, fruits, leaves, and wood—primarily plants with ties to Japan.
① Take a cherry-sized amount into your hand. If removing makeup, we recommend using this on dry hands and face; if cleansing only, use it on wet hands and face.
② While taking a deep breath, gently massage the gel into your skin for about 30 seconds, using small circular motions across your entire face. Maintain a layer of gel so your hands do not touch your skin directly.
③ Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water (35–37°C). Once the slippery sensation disappears, you've rinsed it off completely. After cleansing, gently pat your face dry with a towel and apply moisturizer.
Precautions for Use
- Pay close attention to your skin condition during use.
- If the product does not suit your skin in cases such as those below, please discontinue use. Continued use of cosmetics may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist:
(1) If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, depigmentation (such as white patches), or darkening of the skin appears during use.
(2) If any of the above abnormalities appear on skin that has been exposed to direct sunlight after use.
- Do not apply to areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other skin abnormalities.
- If the product gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water immediately.
- If any foreign-body sensation remains in your eyes, consult an ophthalmologist.
Storage and Handling Precautions
- Keep out of reach of infants and small children.
- Do not store in places of extreme heat or cold, or in direct sunlight.
- To prevent leakage, always store the product upright.
- As the product contains naturally derived ingredients, its color or consistency may change depending on temperature or storage conditions, but this does not affect the quality of the product.

Shipping Courier:
In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
