1. Place the menstrual cup in the cleaning pot.
* If the menstrual cup is dirty, clean it first.

2. Fill the pot with water until the menstrual cup is covered.

3. Cover the pot and heat in the microwave.

Estimated heating time: 500W 5 minutes or more, 600W 4 minutes 30 seconds or more.

4. Hold the handle and remove from the microwave.

5. With the lid on, pour out the hot water through the drain hole.

6. Remove the lid and pour out all the hot water inside.

7. When storing the menstrual cup, let it air dry and store it away from high temperatures and humidity.

・To prevent burns, allow menstrual cup to cool completely after boiling before inserting into vagina
・Do not use pot for any other purpose
