Machine wash: Use 15mL of this product for 30L of washing water
Soak wash: Use 30mL of this product for 20L of washing water

Since the washing water is prepared and the clothes are washed, please use plenty of water and do not overload the laundry.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
