1. After washing your face, check to see if your skin feels stressed after applying lotion. If you look at and touch your skin and it feels fine, trust in the power of your skin. There is no need to supplement it with White Jelly.
2. When you feel like you are about to have trouble or if inflammation has already occurred, take just the amount your skin needs and apply it evenly to your entire face. Gently spread it over your face, stroking it with the palm of your hand, feeling the wood ear mushroom's viscosity absorb and spread smoothly into your skin.
3. In areas where you are concerned about blemishes or acne, or where they are prone to appear, apply more, hoping that it will reach the inflammation and calm it down (in Chinese medicine, it is said that energy passes through the hands).
