This product features ingredients that naturally alleviate the annoying itchy nose often experienced in spring or during seasonal transitions. Nettle, rosehip, and hibiscus work together to support the mucous membranes while delivering a boost of vitamin C, helping to soothe and protect your nose during allergy season.

* Powdered herbs may settle at the bottom of the jar, so please be sure to stir well before scooping the herbal tea.
* For an extra benefit, you can also consume the herbs directly if you prefer.

Add about one teaspoon of herbs to one teacup (about 200cc), pour in hot water, and then cover. Let steep for about 3 to 5 minutes, then remove the herbs and enjoy.

The recommended serving is one cup per day for about one month, but you can increase or decrease the serving size to suit your taste.
