{Cleansing the Eye Area}
Dispense an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps) into your dry palms and massage in small circular motions.
When your fingertips feel lighter and the product turns into an oil, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
{Cleansing/Massage the Entire Face}
Dispense an appropriate amount (4-6 pumps) into your dry palms.
For the larger areas of your cheeks and forehead, use your entire palm to gently massage in circular motions to remove makeup and sebum.
For areas such as the eyes and nostrils, use the pads of your fingers to gently blend in makeup.
When cleansing or massaging your entire face, be sure to remove any point makeup first.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
