Step 1: Pre-wash
Thoroughly wet your entire head of hair to remove excess dirt. Gently massage your scalp with your fingertips for 1 to 3 minutes.

Step 2: Lather and Wash
After the pre-wash, take an appropriate amount into your hands and lather it well. Gently wash your scalp and hair, enveloping them in the lather. As a general guideline, use 2 pumps for short hair, 2–3 pumps for medium-length hair, and 3 pumps for long hair.

Step 3: Rinse Thoroughly
Rinse carefully to ensure no lather remains.

・If the product does not agree with your skin, i.e., if any of the following occurs, discontinue use. Continued use may worsen symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist or other healthcare professional.
(1) If you notice redness, swelling, itching, irritation, color loss (white spots, etc.), dark spots, or other abnormalities during use.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
