Pour 1 cup (approximately 120mL) of warm milk into 1 tablespoon (approximately 15g) of organic hot chocolate

Iced
Mix 1 heaped tablespoon (20g) with a small amount of hot water or warm milk.
Pour in cold milk or cold water (approximately 130mL)
