Before use, open a window to ventilate the room, then light the Palo Santo. After the flame has been burning for about 20 to 30 seconds, extinguish it and place it on a heat-resistant tray to enjoy the gentle fragrance.
After use, make sure the flame is completely extinguished. Do not leave the area while the flame is still burning. Be sure to extinguish the flame before leaving the house or going to bed. Do not use in a drafty area. Keep out of reach of children. Do not place flammable items nearby. Use on a non-flammable, well-insulated candle holder or tray made of glass, ceramic, or similar material. Remove any flammable materials from the product, as they may cause a fire.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
