Take an appropriate amount and gently rub it onto your hands using the palms of your hands or the pads of your fingers. Then rinse thoroughly to ensure no residue remains.
●Please use with caution, paying close attention to any abnormalities on your skin. If the product does not suit your skin, discontinue use. Continuing to use cosmetics as is may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist.
●If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, discoloration (white spots, etc.) or darkening during use, do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities.
●Always close the lid tightly after use.
●Keep out of reach of infants and young children.
●Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight.

Shipping Courier:
In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
