Morning/Evening daily routine:
- Wet hands and face thoroughly with water
- Dispense enzyme cleanser (quarter-size amount)
- Convert enzyme granules into foam
- Massage onto face in circular motions
- Pay extra attention to T-zone
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water
Usage Precautions:
- For scrub effect: Use once a week without completely dissolving granules
- Apply scrub only on specific areas as full-face application may cause irritation
- Product contains moisture-clumped granules, not artificial beads

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
