A Refreshing New-Concept Balm Infused with Serum
Designed to moisturize lips—which have thin, sensitive skin and are prone to dryness and chapping—this dual-function balm combines "hydration" and "barrier protection" with a water (serum): oil ratio of 4:6*1.
We have successfully stabilized water particles by encapsulating them within plant-derived oils—a feat typically considered difficult. While allowing moisturizing beauty ingredients to penetrate*2 the skin, the oils form a protective barrier on the surface of the lips and skin, ensuring long-lasting hydration even with a small amount.
The texture is soft and blends seamlessly, leaving no sticky residue after application.

(1) If redness, swelling, itching, irritation, depigmentation (such as white patches), or darkening of the skin appears during use.
(2) If any of the above abnormalities appear on skin that has been exposed to direct sunlight after use.

Shipping Courier:
In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
