Hand-Pulled Udon Noodles

Our raw material is wheat flour, specifically sourced from designated milling companies and meticulously selected and refined.
It holds its shape even after prolonged boiling, making it suitable for a wide range of dishes such as hot pots, boiled udon, stewed udon, and yaki udon.

100g of noodles requires about 1L of water
① Add the noodles to a large pot of boiling water, scattering them evenly.

Boil for about 2 minutes
② Once boiling again, gently separate the noodles with chopsticks and adjust the heat to prevent overflowing.
After turning off the heat, let it steam with the lid on for about 2 minutes.

Quickly rinse under cold water
③ When done boiling, transfer to a colander and thoroughly rinse under running water, massaging the noodles.

Avoid high temperatures and humidity, and be mindful of odor transfer.
