Made with high-quality organic hemp seed flour from Canada. The slight graininess of the flour enhances the chewiness of the noodles. The unique aroma adds a rich flavor.

●Reproduces the strong elasticity achieved by hand kneading
The secret to the strong elasticity is in the gluten in the wheat flour. By recreating the complex kneading process by hand and repeatedly stretching the dough carefully, a lot of gluten is formed. This gives the noodles a strong elasticity and a chewy texture.
●Dry at low temperature for 22 hours
In our quest for deliciousness, we decided to use dried noodles. By carefully drying them at low temperature for 22 hours to avoid stressing them, we create noodles that stand out for their clarity and smooth texture.

1. Place the noodles in boiling water and boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
2. Once cooked, rinse with cold water to remove any slime.
