Important Tips for First-Time Clay Shampoo Bar Users:
If you're using a clay shampoo bar for the first time, you may notice a "coarseness" or slightly sticky feeling in your hair. Don't worry—this is completely normal! It means the clay is working to remove built-up impurities, oils, and residues from your hair.
This process may take anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks, depending on how much product buildup you have from previous treatments. The more treatments you've used in the past, the longer this cleansing phase may last.
Once your hair and scalp have been fully cleansed, you'll experience the rejuvenation and fresh start of a truly balanced scalp and hair.

1. Wet your hair and scalp and apply the shampoo bar to your hair, gliding it through your hair several times.
2. Work a lather into your fingertips and use the pads of your fingers to gently massage your hair and scalp.
3. Rinse carefully, making sure all residue is removed.
Please use with caution, making sure that no abnormalities occur on the skin. If the cosmetic does not suit your skin, i.e. in the following cases, discontinue use. Continuing to use the product may worsen symptoms, so consult a dermatologist.
(1) If abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, loss of color (white spots, etc.) or darkening occur during use.
(2) If the above-mentioned abnormalities occur after the skin on which the product was used is exposed to direct sunlight.
Do not use on areas with wounds, swelling, or other abnormalities.
If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately.
Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
