The difference lies in the concentration level. Pomegranate juice can be drunk as is. Pomegranate paste and pomegranate extract should be diluted to your liking before drinking.

Q. What is the expiration date for pomegranate juice?
The shelf life is 2 years from the date of manufacture if unopened. After opening, please store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible.

Q. Is it okay to use this in conjunction with supplements?
If the supplement does not have a warning such as "Avoid taking with fruit," then it's fine.

You can easily enjoy it straight after chilling it in the refrigerator in the bottle.
