\A convenient and delicious way to get your protein/

"Protein" is an essential nutrient that makes up your skin, hair, and muscles. The daily recommended intake is 0.66 g per 1 kg of body weight(*) ((*)Based on Dietary Reference Intakes published by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare), and while 50 g is considered the guideline for adult women aged 18 and older, protein intake among Japanese people is actually on the decline. Since protein is an essential nutrient for everyone from children to seniors, why not make soy protein a part of your daily routine with this product—a convenient and delicious way to supplement your protein intake, just like any other meal?

\Key Features/
● Minimal Processing
While soy protein is typically made from soybeans that have been defatted using solvents, this product is made by grinding whole soybeans into powder without defatting them. It is produced very simply, without any chemical processing.

● No Compromises on Taste
We aimed to create a product that you'll look forward to drinking—not one you have to force yourself to drink—so we paid just as much attention to taste as we did to ingredients and processing methods. The result is a rich, flavorful soybean taste.

● Supporting Japanese Farmers and Organic Agriculture
The soybeans used as raw materials are free from concerns about genetic modification and are limited to domestically produced organic soybeans or those in the conversion period. They have obtained organic certification from HOAS (Hyogo Prefecture Organic Agriculture Research Association), a domestic certification body.
Japan's self-sufficiency rate for soybeans is approximately 6–7%. Domestic organic soybeans are so rare that they account for only 0.03% of the total supply. We have chosen to use organic soybeans in the conversion period (harvested from fields that have been free of synthetic chemical pesticides and fertilizers for at least 6 months but less than 3 years) because we believe this supports producers committed to organic farming.

● Valuing Japanese Food
Guided by the philosophy of "Shindo Fuji" (the oneness of people and the soil [environment])—which holds that "people and the soil (environment) are one; human life and health are sustained by food; and food is nurtured by the soil (environment)"—we have carefully selected ingredients that are deeply rooted in Japanese culture. (*Only the brown sugar is sourced from Brazil.)

À propos de QuantoBasta

"QuantoBasta" is an Italian phrase meaning "just the right amount." With a focus on balanced production and consumption, we offer lifestyle suggestions that are good for both people and the planet through our original and curated products.

Since the postwar period, the Japanese economy has been built on mass production and mass consumption. While mass production allows for the inexpensive production of large quantities, it also presents challenges, such as the disposal of unsold inventory and the environmental impact caused by carbon dioxide emissions during production.

In the coming era, as population growth and economic growth slow down—or even decline—we believe there are products, values, and services that can only be created and delivered by staying committed to "production in appropriate quantities."
