1) Made with 100% Organic Caffeine-Free (Decaf) Hojicha
We age bancha harvested in the summer and later as rough tea at room temperature for three years.
Unlike standard hojicha, which is roasted over an open flame and then packed into tea bags before being sold, our tea is roasted over an open flame just before packaging. This process gives it a toasty aroma with a sweet fragrance and a sweet flavor with almost no astringency.
Of course, you can enjoy it by steeping it in hot water, but it's also delicious when brewed cold.

To fully enjoy the aroma, please steep it thoroughly for about 3 minutes before drinking.

◆How to make delicious tea◆
Tea leaves: 1 tea bag (2g)
Water volume: 150-250ml
Water temperature: boiling water (98℃)
Steeping time: 3 minutes
Place one tea bag (tetra type) into a warmed teacup and pour in 150ml to 250ml of boiling water.
Let steep for about 3 minutes before serving.
◆How to make delicious cold brew◆
Tea leaves: 1 tea bag (2g)
Water: 350ml
Cold brewing time: 2 hours or more
Pour 350ml of water over the tea leaves, then let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, and enjoy once it reaches your desired strength.
