This classic Chinese seasoning is now available as a vegetarian-friendly (and gluten-free) oyster sauce.
Fermented for 360 days, it has a rich sweetness and is extremely popular in Taiwan. It's delicious not only in stir-fries but also in fried rice and stews.
The secret to its exceptional flavor lies in the use of organic log-grown shiitake mushrooms! These shiitake mushrooms are naturally cultivated on logs implanted with shiitake fungus in natural forests. They require a great deal of time and effort to grow, as they are nurtured under natural weather conditions, making them a prized ingredient.
We are meticulous about our ingredients and the manufacturing process, using organic black beans, organic cane sugar, sea salt sun-dried in unpolluted waters, organic rice, kelp, organic shiitake mushrooms, and organic log-grown shiitake mushrooms—all prepared using traditional methods.
