Introducing Japan's first cup of Yakisoba certified by the JAS organic standard and vegan-certified. We are proud to offer this delicious product made with carefully selected organic ingredients. The sauce is enhanced with kelp extract, which brings out a rich and savory flavor. The organic ingredients harmonize beautifully with the umami of kelp and shiitake mushrooms.

The organic dried noodles are non-fried and crafted by a master of Inaniwa udon, a renowned specialty from Akita Prefecture. After extensive research, these noodles are dried at low temperatures over a long period of time, using Mongolian kansui for the perfect texture. The noodles are perfectly coated with the savory sauce, providing an excellent bite.

Topped with cabbage that adds a delightful crunch, this organic and vegan-certified cup noodle offers the perfect combination of the firm texture and flavor of Inaniwa udon noodles with the convenience of a cup noodle that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere.
