"BioMedi The Serum" contains "LG100α," a blend of gluco-oligosaccharides and human-derived lactic acid bacteria. This moisturizing ingredient supports beneficial skin bacteria and enhances the skin's natural resilience.
Super Anti-Aging Care
This formula combines NMN, a cutting-edge and low-irritation ingredient, with plant-based retinol alternatives.
NMN (nicotinamide mononucleotide), derived from vitamin B3, is known for its role in activating sirtuin-related processes.
Retinol (vitamin A) is widely used in anti-aging skincare but can cause irritation such as redness, peeling, and dryness.
"BioMedi The Serum" minimizes these concerns by using two plant-based retinol alternatives—bakuchiol and marine retinol—designed to enhance retinol-like effects while remaining gentle on sensitive or dry skin.

① To enhance the effectiveness of your current skincare products

When using this as a booster serum at the start of your skincare routine, apply a full pump.
② To target specific areas of concern
[Amount: 1/2 pump]
To use as a spot treatment for the eye and mouth areas, or to target specific areas of concern related to signs of aging, apply a light half-pump.
③ For a simple skincare routine
[Amount: 2 pumps]
If you find using multiple products a hassle and want a simple routine, apply two full pumps.
It can be used as an all-in-one serum on its own.
④ For use on areas other than the face
[Amount: As desired]
Also effective for signs of aging on the backs of hands, fingertips, and neck. A small amount spreads easily, making it convenient for use on areas other than the face. Apply as much as you like to the areas of concern.
・Please use this product with caution and monitor your skin closely for any abnormalities. If the product does not agree with your skin—that is, in cases such as those listed below—please discontinue use immediately. Continuing to use the product may worsen symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist or other specialist.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
