While soap shampoos typically have an alkaline pH of 10 or higher, we incorporate whole, acidic lemongrass distilled water (pH 3.5–4.5) without dilution. This achieves the ideal pH balance, allowing for a formula that is gentle on both hair and scalp.

A luxurious annual harvest of 500 kg
Lemongrass grown pesticide-free in the subtropical climate of Cape Sata. Fresh leaves are harvested from late May to early December and steam-distilled the same day. From winter to early spring, we use flash-frozen lemongrass to maintain the highest quality year-round.

All BOTANICANON products are free of synthetic surfactants, preservatives, alcohol, synthetic colorings, fragrances, mineral oils, etc.

1) Pre-wash thoroughly with warm water, focusing on the scalp. (Aim for 1-2 minutes.)
2) Take an appropriate amount in your hand, work it into your hair, and quickly create a lather.
3) After thoroughly washing your hair, focusing on the scalp, rinse thoroughly immediately without delay. * Shampoo a second time only if your hair is very dirty or feels sticky.
4) Once you have dried your hair, be sure to condition it with Lemongrass Hair Treatment for Soap Shampoos.

Be careful not to get it in your eyes. If it does get in your eyes, rinse thoroughly with running water.
This product is made from 100% plant-derived ingredients, but in rare cases some people may experience irritation. Please use with caution and check for any abnormalities on your skin.
