This solid shampoo and conditioner bar is rich in organic ingredients that have been thoroughly selected, even down to the methods of refining and extracting the ingredients, to achieve lather, smoothness, and a lovely fragrance. We've considered environmental issues such as plastic waste to make an ecological, next-generation product that produces no waste. The industry's first shampoo & conditioner bar.
Fragrance:
A tropical aroma of grapefruit and mango with mellow vanilla fruit extract that gives one the feeling of tropical fruits.
Apply the shampoo and conditioner bar directly to wet hair or by lathering with your hands, then rinse well.
1. If the product does not agree with your skin, discontinue use.
2. If the cosmetics do not agree with your skin, i.e., if any of the following occurs, discontinue use. Continued use of cosmetics may aggravate symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist or other specialist. 1) Redness, swelling, itching, irritation, or other abnormalities occur during use, 2) If you notice any of the above symptoms on your skin after using the product and exposing it to direct sunlight
3. Do not use on areas with scars, swelling, rash, or other abnormalities.
4. If it gets into eyes, rinse immediately.
5. Do not store in extremely high or low temperatures or in direct sunlight.
6. Due to the characteristics of the product, it is prone to dissolving depending on storage conditions, but there is no problem with the quality of the product.
7. After opening, store in a well-drained area.
8. Keep out of reach of infants.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.
Custom Charges:
When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
