Michio Nakai began organic farming in 1987 in Wazuka Town, Kyoto Prefecture, a renowned production area for high-quality Uji tea. He has crafted an easy-to-use organic Uji matcha, carefully selecting ingredients to create a product that can be enjoyed at home.
Perfect for green tea, desserts, or cooking, this Uji matcha is made from 100% organically grown ingredients. Safe, secure, and full of flavor.
Delicious Ways to Enjoy (For 3 Servings)
・Add a lightly heaped teaspoon (0.8–1g) of this product to 100–120cc of hot water and enjoy.
・For green tea with sugar, dissolve two lightly heaped teaspoons (1.5–2g) of this product and 10g of sugar in water or hot water. Using milk instead creates a tea au lait.
Store in a place away from high temperatures and humidity. After opening, seal the container carefully to avoid odors.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
