You may experience mood swings, irritability, poor circulation, or changes in your sleep patterns. Gently release the mental fixations that weigh on you.

Green vegetables, fatty fish, oranges, root vegetables, green tea, olives, sesame oil, aromatherapy and herbs, and other relaxing items

Alcohol, caffeine (decaf is also no good)

You can also use it as a bath oil instead of a bath additive, or as a hair oil.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.

Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
