BELLONA

Spray onto pillows, sheets, linens, etc. from 20-30cm away, or spray into the air.
・Do not use for any purpose other than intended.
・There is a risk of staining on water-sensitive fibers such as silk, rayon, acetate, and cupra, or on items marked as not washable, or on items with water-repellent treatment, so please test on an inconspicuous area before use.
・Do not use on leather, artificial leather, fur, Japanese clothing, etc.
・Please be careful not to spray on heavily soiled items as it may cause ring stains.
・Do not use on the human body or pets.
・Keep out of reach of infants and young children.
・Be careful not to get the product in your eyes. If the product does get in your eyes, rinse with water or lukewarm water, and if you still feel a foreign body in your eyes, consult an ophthalmologist.
・Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight.
・Avoid using or storing near open flames.
・Never drink this product. If the product is swallowed by mistake, do not force the person to vomit, but rinse the mouth with water, drink about 1 to 2 cups of water, and consult a doctor.
・Do not inhale the spray directly.
・Due to the nature of natural ingredients, the color and scent of the product may change slightly with use, but this does not affect the quality.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
