① Regulate your breathing
Take a small amount of PiNEAL OiL, rub your hands together, then cover your eyes, nose, and mouth—without touching them.
Inhale slowly through your nose and exhale deeply through your mouth.

② Body massage (after a bath)
For lymphatic massage and bust massage.
Use as a femcare oil for the lower abdomen, thighs, and vaginal area.
Also effective for relieving muscle tension, stiffness, and areas with cellulite.
Recommended for skincare after shaving or hair removal.

③ As a hair oil or booster oil
Apply to wet hair before blow-drying. Also suitable for dry hair.
After washing your face, use as a booster oil before applying lotion.
Can also be used to massage the face line.

④ Scalp massage before shampooing
Apply PiNEAL OiL to the scalp, massage, then wash off with shampoo.
Use a dropper to apply to dry scalp before shampooing.
Divide hair into sections and apply directly to the scalp.
Massage with the pads of your fingers to work the oil in—
from hairline to crown, from nape to crown, lifting upward.

⑤ Sleep support
Massage your stomach before bedtime. Observe how your body feels.
Support better sleep quality and a refreshed wake-up.

Use with caution, paying close attention to any abnormalities that may occur on your skin.
Discontinue use if the cosmetic does not suit your skin, i.e. in the following cases.
Continuing to use the cosmetic product may worsen the symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist.
(1) If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, loss of color (white spots, etc.) or darkening during use.
(2) If the above-mentioned abnormalities occur on the skin where the product was used and exposed to direct sunlight.
Do not use on areas with cuts, swelling, eczema, or other abnormalities.
If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. If any abnormalities persist, consult an ophthalmologist.
Do not store in extremely hot or cold places, in humid places, in direct sunlight, or out of reach of infants and young children.
If stored in cold weather or at low temperatures, the oil may become cloudy or harden, but this does not affect the quality.
Because natural ingredients are used, the scent and color may change, but this does not affect use.
