1. Pre-wash your face with cold or lukewarm water.
2. Take about 2 cm of the product in your hand and, adding water little by little, use your hands or a foaming net to work up a lather into the consistency of about one lemon.
3. Apply the lather to your face, starting from the T-zone and enveloping it, then wash by gently pressing the lather from bottom to top.
4. After washing your face, rinse thoroughly with cold or lukewarm water. Rinse carefully, being careful not to leave any residue around the hairline and jawline.
5. Use a soft, clean towel to gently press and dry your face.
・Please use with caution and check for any abnormalities on your skin. If the cosmetic product does not suit your skin, that is, in the following cases, discontinue use. Continuing to use cosmetics may worsen symptoms, so we recommend consulting a dermatologist.
(1) If any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, loss of color or darkening occur during use.
(2) If the skin on which the product was used is exposed to direct sunlight and the above-mentioned abnormalities occur.
・Do not use on areas with abnormalities such as wounds, swellings, or eczema.
・After use, be sure to close the lid tightly.
・Keep out of reach of children.
・Do not store in extremely hot or cold places or in direct sunlight.
・Always handle with clean hands and do not return unused product back to the container.
・Since this is a natural product, there may be some variation in color and scent, and some sedimentation or discoloration may occur, but this does not affect the quality.
・If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water.
・Please use as soon as possible after opening.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
