This all-plant-based curry roux is made with rice flour and is free from 28 common allergens, including nine spices and wheat flour. It's designed to be enjoyed by everyone, including those with dietary restrictions.
Spices like fennel, cumin, dill, caraway, anise, coriander, fenugreek, chili pepper, and sage are key to bringing out the curry's full flavor. However, to accommodate those who cannot consume these spices, we conducted extensive research to create a curry roux that excludes the nine spices mentioned above, as well as 28 other common allergens such as shrimp, crab, walnuts, buckwheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, almonds, abalone, squid, salmon roe, oranges, cashew nuts, kiwi, beef, sesame, salmon, mackerel, soybeans, chicken, bananas, pork, macadamia nuts, peaches, yams, apples, and gelatin.
This vegan, all-plant-based curry roux is suitable for anyone to enjoy, regardless of food sensitivities. One bag serves five, making it perfect for the whole family.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
