Organic Maple Syrup Series

Sourced from certified organic maple forests in Canada, this maple syrup is collected using traditional methods that bring out the natural richness of the sap. The flavor, color, and aroma vary depending on when the syrup is harvested—each with its own unique character.

We offer three distinctive varieties, perfect for different occasions and recipes:

GOLDEN
The earliest harvest of the season.
This light, golden syrup offers a refreshing, elegant sweetness.
Ideal for pancakes, freshly baked bread, or paired with coconut oil for a wholesome twist.

AMBER
Harvested just after GOLDEN, AMBER is a classic favorite.
Pale in color with a mellow, sweet aroma, it's perfect for a quick drizzle over morning yogurt.
It also pairs beautifully with meat dishes and applesauce.

DARK
The final harvest of the season, with a deep color and bold flavor.
This rich syrup is perfect for cozy moments—add it to hot coffee or tea, or enjoy it with trail mix, dried fruits, and nuts.

About Brown Sugar 1st

"Is this something I would want to feed my daughter?"

That simple question was the starting point for Brown Sugar First.

When I was pregnant during the Great East Japan Earthquake, I often found myself unsure about what was truly safe and healthy to feed my daughter. Each day was filled with uncertainty and anxiety.

As I began breastfeeding, I became even more aware of how directly my own diet impacted my baby's health. It was a powerful realization—and it opened my eyes to the importance of being intentional about what we eat.

That's why every product we create is guided by one clear standard:
"Would I feel good about giving this to my child?"

This question isn't just our beginning—it's our unwavering commitment.
