We employed creative solutions, such as using organic grape juice concentrate instead of sugar for sweetness, and organic unsweetened tomato ketchup to enhance the flavor. With no animal products used, this curry roux is perfect for vegans to enjoy with peace of mind. Each bag is enough for five servings, but we encourage you to add a variety of seasonal vegetables for a truly delightful experience.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
