VEGAN RAMEN SHOYU DRY NOODLES

It's such a normal, light soy sauce ramen that people are surprised to hear it's made using only vegetables.

Our carefully selected dried noodles are No. 16 flat noodles.

For vegetarians and vegans, we've created the ultimate vegan ramen! Made without any animal extracts, seafood extracts, or umami seasonings (monosodium glutamate = MSG), it fully harnesses the rich flavor of vegetables.

① Boil noodles ー Take care not to boil over.
Boil 500mL of water in a pot. After boiling, put a bundle of noodles into a pot and stir gently. Recommended boiling time is about 2 minutes.

② Add soup ー Add soup and mix well.
Once the noodles are cooked to your desired firmness, squeeze the soup into the pot and stir well. Turn off the heat and it's ready to serve.

③ Dish up ー Topping with your favorite ingredients.
Simply transfer it to a bowl and top with your choice of prepared ingredients to finish. For an even more delicious meal, prepare toppings like chopped green onions, sesame seeds, or various vegetables by boiling or stir-frying them beforehand.

About Kurata Foods

Kurata Foods has been dedicated to noodle manufacturing since our establishment in 1987. Initially, we offered a wide range of products including udon, soba, Chinese noodles, and pasta, primarily serving local retail stores.

Around 1997 marked a turning point when we shifted our focus to developing and manufacturing regional ramen varieties, such as our "Hiroshima Noodle Tour" and "Setouchi Noodle Tour" series, which exclusively use ingredients from the local Setouchi region.
This strategic move significantly transformed our product portfolio. Furthermore, we have been actively engaged in product development to meet international market demands. Our
"Meat-Free Ramen" and "Vegan Ramen" products have successfully established distribution channels overseas and have become one of our core strengths.

With these two pillars - locally-rooted product development and global market expansion - we continue to challenge ourselves in creating new "noodle culture."
