Organic Baking Powder
This baking powder is made exclusively from organic concentrated fruit juice, organic cornstarch, and baking soda (sodium bicarbonate). It is free from aluminum, as it does not contain burnt alum or calcium phosphate monobasic.
Perfect for baking a variety of treats, including pancakes, pound cakes, cookies, donuts, muffins, steamed bread, and buns. The recommended usage is between 2% and 4% of the flour weight. This product is certified organic by the EU.

Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
