The sauce is enhanced with kelp extract, which brings out a rich and savory flavor. The organic ingredients harmonize beautifully with the umami of kelp and shiitake mushrooms.
The organic dried noodles are non-fried and crafted by a master of Inaniwa udon, a renowned specialty from Akita Prefecture. After extensive research, these noodles are dried at low temperatures over a long period of time, using Mongolian kansui for the perfect texture. The noodles are perfectly coated with the savory sauce, providing an excellent bite.
Topped with cabbage that adds a delightful crunch, this organic and vegan-certified cup noodle offers the perfect combination of the firm texture and flavor of Inaniwa udon noodles with the convenience of a cup noodle that can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere.

How to prepare: Put the toppings in a cup, pour in boiling water and wait 3 minutes. Drain the water, add the sauce and mix well before serving. *Please be careful with boiling water.

Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
