Organic Vegan Salt-Flavored Ramen (Cup)

Organic JAS Certified vegan cup Ramen with organic vegetable bouillon

All you need is hot water to enjoy this organic and vegan cup ramen. Packaged in environmentally friendly paper containers that are free of animal ingredients, it's a sustainable choice for those seeking a plant-based meal. The soup is made with organic vegetable bouillon, replacing yeast extract to enhance its savory flavor.

The organic dried noodles are crafted by a master of Inaniwa udon, a traditional specialty from Akita Prefecture. After extensive research and effort, these non-fried noodles are carefully dried at low temperatures over an extended period. Using Mongolian kansui, the noodles achieve a perfect balance, pairing beautifully with the soup, which is made with thoughtfully selected salt.

Topped with fragrant Kyoto Kujo green onions and delicate wakame seaweed, this cup ramen delivers a delicious combination of Inaniwa udon’s firmness and flavor, with the convenience of a cup noodle that’s perfect for any time, anywhere.

About Kaze to Hikari

The Philosophy Behind the Company Name "Kaze to Hikari"

Kaze to Hikari Co., Ltd.
The "wind" that blows across the earth and the "light" that nurtures all life—both continue to bless us daily, transcending the borders of human-made divisions, class, and race. Through the spread of organic food, we aspire to embody this very same presence. Our company name reflects this simple and sincere desire, free from any embellishment.

Towards a Company that Coexists with Nature
While "wind" and "light" bring us blessings, they can also bring destructive forces such as typhoons, earthquakes, and tsunamis. Additionally, the degradation of nature caused by human activity sends warnings in the form of extreme weather events. In the face of these challenges, how can we continue to live harmoniously on Earth?
At Kaze to Hikari, we live each day with this crucial question in mind.
