Organic Vegan Curry Udon

Organic JAS Certified: Japan's First Eco-Friendly Organic and Vegan Cup Udon

All you need is hot water to enjoy this organic and vegan cup curry udon. Not only is it free from animal ingredients, but the container is also environmentally friendly. The soup is crafted under the supervision of Chihiro Miyazaki from Soranoiro, a pioneer in vegan ramen. It's delightfully spicy and fragrant, bringing out the rich flavors of the vegetables.

The organic dried noodles are non-fried and carefully dried at low temperatures over an extended period. These noodles are the result of meticulous research by a master of Inaniwa udon, a renowned specialty of Akita Prefecture. They pair perfectly with the soup, offering a satisfying bite. Included in the cup are delicious organic dried green onions and organic dried onions for added flavor.

Enjoy this organic and vegan-certified cup noodle that blends the firm texture and flavor of Inaniwa udon with the convenience of cup noodles, perfect for anytime, anywhere. After finishing, the leftover cup is made from natural materials, uncoated, and can be used as compost for a sustainable choice.

About Kaze to Hikari

The Philosophy Behind the Company Name "Kaze to Hikari"

Kaze to Hikari Co., Ltd.
The "wind" that blows across the earth and the "light" that nurtures all life—both continue to bless us daily, transcending the borders of human-made divisions, class, and race. Through the spread of organic food, we aspire to embody this very same presence. Our company name reflects this simple and sincere desire, free from any embellishment.

Towards a Company that Coexists with Nature
While "wind" and "light" bring us blessings, they can also bring destructive forces such as typhoons, earthquakes, and tsunamis. Additionally, the degradation of nature caused by human activity sends warnings in the form of extreme weather events. In the face of these challenges, how can we continue to live harmoniously on Earth?
At Kaze to Hikari, we live each day with this crucial question in mind.
