Organic Panko - Japanese Style Bread Crumbs

These organic bread crumbs are made from the finest organic domestic wheat flour, natural yeast derived from organic grains, and salt. We bake our organic bread, including the crust, then crush and dry it to create a crispy, fragrant finish. Perfect for coating fish and vegetables or mixing into hamburgers and meatballs. Organic olive oil is used in the bread molds to ensure a rich, authentic flavor.

Our wheat flour is organic domestic strong flour, the yeast is our exclusive organic JAS-certified natural yeast, and the salt is Okinawan sun-dried salt, "Shima Mars."

Our bread crumbs are unique in that we bake the bread first and then crush it into crumbs, unlike other brands that use electrodes to create bread crumbs.

About Kaze to Hikari

The Philosophy Behind the Company Name "Kaze to Hikari"

Kaze to Hikari Co., Ltd.
The "wind" that blows across the earth and the "light" that nurtures all life—both continue to bless us daily, transcending the borders of human-made divisions, class, and race. Through the spread of organic food, we aspire to embody this very same presence. Our company name reflects this simple and sincere desire, free from any embellishment.

Towards a Company that Coexists with Nature
While "wind" and "light" bring us blessings, they can also bring destructive forces such as typhoons, earthquakes, and tsunamis. Additionally, the degradation of nature caused by human activity sends warnings in the form of extreme weather events. In the face of these challenges, how can we continue to live harmoniously on Earth?
At Kaze to Hikari, we live each day with this crucial question in mind.
