We use high-quality "Beni Haruka" sweet potatoes from southern Kyushu, which are roasted for a long time over the lava of Sakurajima, the symbol of Kagoshima, and then carefully dried, and then finished into bars using a unique method that locks in the sweetness and nutrients.

Made with just sweet potatoes and figs, this treat has a delightful flavor, with the crunchy texture of the figs adding a fun twist.
