■ Usage examples
For daily cooking
After washing the rice, add one granulated spoon (2g) or two granulated spoons (20 grains) per 2 cups of rice, then just cook as usual. The rice will be fluffy and delicious.
For miso soup and barley tea
For miso soup, add one granulated spoon (2g) or two granulated spoons (20 grains) per 4 servings, and for barley tea, add one granulated spoon (2g) or two granulated spoons (20 grains) per 2L kettle.
For various other dishes
Use in curry, stew, soup, etc.
Calcium cannot be stored, so it is necessary to efficiently consume it from your daily meals.
