Dried Sweet Potato Bar Protein

We use high-quality "Beni Haruka" sweet potatoes from southern Kyushu, which are roasted for a long time over the lava of Sakurajima, the symbol of Kagoshima, and then carefully dried, and then finished into bars using a unique method that locks in the sweetness and nutrients.

One bar provides 12.9g of plant-based (pea) protein. It doesn't have the mushy texture that is typical of protein, and the protein and potato flavor go together to create a satisfying taste.
