This hand cream is made with essential oil extracted from rare, organic yuzu, harvested just once a year by dedicated yuzu farmers in Nomi City, Ishikawa Prefecture.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.

Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
