Before use, close the cap tightly and shake well.
Take an appropriate amount in your hand and spread evenly over your entire face.
・Please pay close attention to any abnormalities on your skin when using. If it does not suit your skin, discontinue use.
・If you experience any abnormalities such as redness, swelling, itchiness, irritation, loss of color (white spots, etc.) or darkening during use, or if the above-mentioned abnormalities appear on the skin after using the product and direct sunlight, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Continuing to use the product may worsen the symptoms.
・Do not use on areas with abnormalities such as cuts, swelling, or eczema.
・As this product contains natural ingredients, the color and fragrance may change, some of the ingredients may precipitate, and beauty ingredients and minerals may separate due to temperature changes, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
・When opening the cap, be careful not to squeeze the container too hard. The contents may splash out.
・After use, wipe the mouth of the tube clean and be sure to close the cap. If the cap is not closed properly, the contents may leak out.
・Use as soon as possible after opening. Avoid extremely high or low temperatures, direct sunlight, and keep out of reach of infants and young children.
・The cooling sensation of menthol and peppermint oil varies from person to person. The cooling sensation may be stronger around the eyes and cheeks than in other areas, so adjust the amount applied.
・Be careful not to get the product in your eyes. If it does get in your eyes, rinse immediately. Do not use if you are sensitive to cooling ingredients or have sensitive skin.

In general, we ship via EMS, but we also offer FedEx shipping for customers in the United States of America.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the combined weight of the products and shipping box. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout in your selected currency.

When a package is shipped outside of Japan, it undergoes customs inspection in the destination country and may be subject to taxes or duties depending on local regulations. J-Beauty Natural is not responsible for any customs taxes, duties, or additional charges incurred, as these are not included in the shipping fees or product prices.
J-Beauty Natural does not undervalue invoices or parcel declarations, as doing so violates customs laws.
Shipping Timeframe:
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt, and we typically aim to ship orders within one week.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours (Japan Standard Time), excluding Japanese national holidays, during which the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take every step possible to minimize shipping delays.
Packages are not shipped from our warehouse on weekends or Japanese national holidays.
