Made with Hokkaido wheat. Features a chewy texture and the aroma of wheat.
Made entirely from wheat grown in Japan, this thin Somen shines like silk, takes on additional luster after boiling, and offers a springy texture and the natural flavor of wheat.

② Once boiling again, gently separate the noodles with chopsticks and adjust the heat to prevent overflowing.
